Booking outside these areas
If your event is somewhere else in Northern California, ask. Include the town or venue, the date and the kind of gathering, and the band will tell you what's practical.
What to include
The venue or town, the date and start time, whether the music is indoors or outdoors, and roughly how many guests you expect. That's enough to talk about lineup and logistics.
